I hurt myself badly
If you have just self-injured and you are badly hurt or bleeding a lot, call 9-1-1. If you’re scared to call, try calling someone you trust, or call Kids Help Phone: 1-800-668-6868. We can call for an ambulance for you, or help you calm down. You don’t have to handle this on your own.
