Being There for Kids Breakfast
Delta Regina Hotel
1919 Saskatchewan Drive
On Thursday, September 21, 2017, Kids Help Phone will be hosting the 19th Annual Being There for Kids Breakfast presented by Greystone Managed Investments at the Delta Regina Hotel.
Our Keynote speaker Aidan Scott was silenced growing up by his abuser's ever-present threat of death. He is quiet no longer. Aidan is a former service user of Kids Help Phone and as an International advocate for mental health, TEDx speaker, and impactpreneur, he is optimistic for the future of mental health because of societies growing openness to talk about it.
Tables and individual tickets are now available!
- Tables of 8 can be purchased for $500 and individual tickets for $50 each. To purchase tickets or learn about our available sponsorship opportunities please call Jessica Tiefenbach at 1-306-780-9496.
Kids Help Phone is a charity, providing Canada’s only 24/7 counselling and information service for young people. Since 1989, our trained professional counsellors have been listening to kids, often when no one else can or will – wherever and whenever they need us most.
In 2016, the generous support of our Breakfast sponsors and attendees enabled:
- Young people in Saskatchewan visit the Kids Help Phone website for information and referrals more than 21,000 times
- Our professional counsellors to implement crisis interventions for young people in Saskatchewan in 17% of counselling sessions
- The ability to connect young people to 1,003 Saskatchewan based resources in our database, the largest database of youth services in Canada
All proceeds from the Being There for Kids Breakfast will continue to support our mission of being always open for young people, in any moment of crisis or need. Learn more about Kids Help Phone.
