It is important to use all existing channels of communications, particularly those that have a specific purpose such as “ask HR”.  Yet always know, that if you need to go directly to Kathy, the direct line is always open to you.  Kathy is also looking for your big ideas and thoughts for the future!  Who better than to help shape our future, than our staff that are on the frontlines or working to shore up our frontline staff.   Your voice makes us better – better together!

No one. Anonymous to the organization, directly confidential to Kathy only.  Kathy will reach back to you directly.

Once received, Kathy will respond directly to you within the week of when you send a note.

It is important to Kathy to hear directly from staff across Kids Help Phone, and to take all ideas and comments into consideration for the future – and respond back, either with an answer, a suggested solution or to find out more.   To Kathy – all feedback is good feedback, and she is interested in two-way dialogue.  Kathy appreciates the need for confidential discussion and will ensure anonymity, unless health and safety is a concern.

If a message is received during a vacation period, a follow-up date will be provided in the acknowledgement of receipt.
