Chantal Cooledge

Associate Vice President, Clinical Operations

Chantal Cooledge is a proud Rwandan-Canadian citizen who immigrated to Canada at a young age looking for a better life and to proudly serve both of her countries.

Chantal joined Kids Help Phone in 2020. She leads the organization’s service and clinical operations (professional counselling and texting) and workforce (scheduling and staffing of counsellors).

She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing over 10 years ago, and has worked in outpatient clinics, home care nursing and acute care settings, most recently at Southlake Regional Health Centre where she was a frontline Clinical Manager for the past four years.

Chantal’s vision at Kids Help Phone is to help ensure that youth in Canada grow up in a supportive environment that provides a holistic approach with a focus on mental health. Outside of work, she has a passion for travelling to exotic places and, according to her husband, she loves shoe shopping!
