Brighter Days Youth Request Form
Thank you for your interest in Brighter Days: An Indigenous Wellness Program by Kids Help Phone! By submitting this form, you are requesting that a Kids Help Phone Indigenous Engagement Coordinator contact your community or youth group to schedule a session and/or add your group to the waiting list.
Brighter Days requires an adult Community Helper to run the program. If you have an adult in mind (such as a teacher or community leader), please provide their contact information in the form below. If you don’t have a Community Helper in mind, please provide information for your school or organization and we will contact them directly. If you don’t have all the contact information for your school/community, that’s OK! A member of our team will do our best to contact your community. Please provide as much information as possible.
Thank you for supporting First Nations, Inuit and Métis young people in your community!
Please note: completing this request form does not guarantee a session. This program is made possible thanks to the support of generous donors. Sessions are based on availability and funding.
