Desjardins is committed to making a difference in the lives of young people

As the leading cooperative financial group in Canada, Desjardins helps kids and teens reach their goals with its Together For Our Youth program. In fact, young people are one of Desjardins’s top priorities. Thanks to its long-time partnership with Kids Help Phone, which now spans more than 30 years, Desjardins is able to go even further in its commitment to helping young people in Canada. 

In addition to supporting a wide range of programs, events and initiatives over the years, in 2020 Desjardins came forward as the Presenting Sponsor of Kids Help Phone’s special back-to-school program, a multi-faceted campaign offering online resources for young people, caring adults and educators about the stresses of returning to school.

Through the Desjardins Foundation, Desjardins continued its support for the initiative in 2021, and recently made a transformational pledge of $1 million, its highest to date, to support the highest priority needs across Kids Help Phone’s ecosystem of services. Desjardins will remain the Presenting Sponsor of the special back-to-school program through 2024.
