Mark your calendars for Thursday, September 17, 2020 for the Ruth Goldbloom Ladies Golf Classic!
The funds raised through the Ruth Goldbloom Ladies Golf Classic are critical for youth mental health and well-being, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Right now, we know that planning for the future can be hard with so much uncertainty. However, we’re looking forward to coming together and acknowledging this event at this time. The health and safety of everyone involved is our priority — we’ll continue to follow the guidelines of the government/public health and will refresh this page with updates as they become available.
For more information about Kids Help Phone’s response to COVID-19, the Ruth Goldbloom Ladies Golf Classic and how you can support youth mental health and well-being today, please reach out to Allison Cameron, Development Coordinator, Atlantic, by phone at (902) 457-4473 or submit a general email inquiry.
Proceeds from the Ruth Goldbloom Ladies Golf Classic will support the mental health and well-being of young people across Canada by giving them a safe, trusted place to turn in any moment of crisis or need. Thanks to you, young people will be able to access Kids Help Phone’s e-mental health services 24/7. Register today for the Ruth Goldbloom Ladies Golf Classic and make a promise to young people they’ll never be alone.

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve reached an important milestone! Since the inception of the Ruth Goldbloom Ladies Golf Classic in 2010, together we’ve raised over $1,000,000 in net proceeds for Kids Help Phone and youth mental health and well-being!
Reaching this goal would not have been possible without the support of each and every one of our wonderful supporters, golfers, caddies, sponsors, donors and volunteers. In particular, we’d like to recognize a very special group, Ruth’s Eagles, who have each donated $10,000 or more to help us reach the milestone:
- Dr. Howard Conter and Mrs. Karen Conter
- Ms. Jane Filbee
- Mr. Chris Keevill and Mrs. Leslie Keevill
- Mr. Colin MacDonald and Mrs. Carol Hansen-MacDonald
- Mr. Jack MacDonald and Mrs. Faye MacDonald
- Mr. Mickey MacDonald and Mrs. Stephanie MacDonald
- Ms. Wendy Paquette
- The Paul and Sue Griffith Foundation
If you’re interested in learning more about the Ruth’s Eagles initiative, or becoming an Eagle yourself, please reach out to Shelley Richardson, Director of Development, Quebec & Atlantic Canada, at (902) 457-0133 or submit a general email inquiry.
