Use a read speaker Print a document

As part of Finding Hope: Kids Help Phone’s Action Plan for Supporting First Nations, Inuit and Métis Young People, we’re creating a Canada-wide network of volunteer Champions and Ambassadors in Indigenous communities and urban centres to connect youth to resources and critical supports from Kids Help Phone and our partners.

Champions

Eligibility:

Indigenous people and settlers, 12 years and older, with strong connections to an Indigenous community or urban centre.

Responsibilities:

  • connect Kids Help Phone with community resources
  • promote Kids Help Phone’s programs, services and resources
  • provide input on Kids Help Phone’s programs, services and outreach as required, via online polls
  • connect with Kids Help Phone in times of community crisis for urgent support

You can save and change the lives of young people

Thanks to our growing community, Kids Help Phone offers free, 24/7 e-mental health services to young people in Canada. Your generosity helps ensure that someone is always there when support is needed for any issue, big or small.
