From everyday moments to building a legacy in youth mental health: Nestlé Canada’s partnership with Kids Help Phone and Feel Out Loud
Guided by its purpose, Nestlé Canada has been an unwavering supporter of youth mental health with Kids Help Phone (KHP) since 1989 as one of our five Founding Partners.
From the very beginning, Nestlé Canada has leveraged many of its products to spread awareness of KHP and remind young people they don’t have to carry their feelings on their own. By sharing our contact information on a number of their products, this company has met generations where they are, in everyday moments.
Nestlé Canada’s contributions go far beyond its invaluable promotional support. It has been a sponsor of the annual Kids Help Phone Golf Classic since 1997 and a National Sponsor of the annual BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk event since 2010. And since 2018, our friends at Nestlé Canada have donated an incredible $4.8 million in support of the Feel Out Loud movement.
Over the years, Nestlé Canada’s generosity has driven the growth of our service ecosystem to meet ever-increasing demand, accelerated game-changing innovation across Canada’s e-mental health landscape, and helped ensure KHP can answer when young people ask, “Can you help me feel better?”
We are deeply grateful to the entire team at Nestlé Canada for many years of partnership in support of youth from coast to coast to coast. Together, we are unlocking the hope young people need to thrive in their world.
Purpose is at the heart of everything we do at Nestlé Canada—from the products we bring to Canadians to the impact we create in communities. For decades, we’ve stood alongside Kids Help Phone in support of young people across the country. By helping expand access to mental health support, we’re ensuring more youth can reach out when it matters most—and feel heard, supported, and not alone.
