With a $1.2 million donation to Kids Help Phone’s Feel Out Loud movement, RBC Foundation is playing a critical role in helping transform the youth mental health landscape through the power of data, technology and innovation. As the needs of young people reach unprecedented levels, while the mental health system remains fragmented and difficult to navigate, RBC Foundation’s support is helping to create a fully integrated, future-ready e-mental health platform — one that makes mental health support faster, more accessible and more inclusive for every young person across Canada.

Bringing phone, text, online messaging and self-directed tools together into one seamless system, this platform will leverage real-time navigation and youth-centred design to reduce wait times, create a more intuitive experience and ensure our services feel safer and more impactful than ever before. For KHP’s frontline team, the platform will bring greater efficiency, better collaboration and more time spent interacting with young people as demand continues to rise.

Together, RBC Foundation and KHP are helping reshape Canada’s e-mental health ecosystem to scale access to support and ensure help is always available — for all the feelings. Because help means everything.
