Terms & Conditions: Feel Out Loud Community Creator Space
Kids Help Phone (“KHP”) would love to share your content, which may include but not be limited to photograph(s), illustration(s), videos, written content, etc. (the “Content”) on our website and other communications channels (e.g. social media, emails, newsletters, etc.), if the Content aligns with our community guidelines. By submitting the Content, you grant consent to KHP to use the Content without further notice, consultation with or compensation to you.
I grant an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to KHP and its representatives to display, reproduce, exhibit, broadcast and distribute the Content that is submitted through the Feel Out Loud Community Creator Space, in both their original and edited form, throughout any medium now known or later developed.
I understand that the Content licensed to KHP and its representatives will be used for, but not limited to, the purposes of publicizing, promoting, soliciting contributions to and educating others about KHP and its programs, services and activities and may be published in my community, across Canada and/or internationally.
By submitting my Content, I confirm:
- The Content, as reproduced on the submission form is mine alone.
- KHP may identify me as the creator of the Content, unless I’ve requested to remain anonymous.
- KHP has a duty to report that requires sharing my information and the Content I’ve submitted with an external agency if they think that myself or others may be in danger.
I agree to the above and provide my consent by checking the box on the submission form.
If the individual is a minor, as the parent or legal guardian of the individual, I hereby confirm the minor’s consent by checking the box on the submission form.
