They told you strength meant standing tall,
never showing when you fall,
but strength is more than being strong
it’s knowing where your heart belongs.
They may try to make you feel small,
or make you question your worth at all,
but you carry stories, roots, and pride,
with generations by your side.
You do not have to yield your name,
your dreams, your voice, or hide your flame.
Keep building, growing, finding your way,
you deserve your flowers every day.
And if the road becomes unclear,
remember you are still worthy here.
You can bend, you can rest, you can heal
but never surrender what makes you real.
