HI I see you are sad that is not ok now a lot of people know how to cheer other people up but them self’s and that is the same problem with me I can help other people but not myself
well today I am going to try and help you. try reading or drawing etc if you don’t like that and you are a jumpy person like me then try going outside and take a walk and get some fresh air go for a run if you have a animal take it for a walk if you cant do that then do a sort of excirsing where ever you can that’s something I find that helps me when i am sad.
