It takes courage to talk to someone about what’s on your mind. And it helps when others understand what life can be like for you. That’s why we’re offering more programs and services for First Nations, Inuit and Métis people that are developed by Indigenous people and reflect the unique realities of Indigenous life.

Now, Indigenous people can connect with an Indigenous volunteer crisis responder, when available, by messaging FIRSTNATIONS, INUIT or METIS to 686868 for young people and 741741 for adults. You can also tap here to message online with a volunteer crisis responder.

Here, you can explore how we’re supporting young people like you.
