Support for First Nations, Inuit and Métis youth

It takes courage to talk to someone about what’s on your mind. And it helps when others understand what life can be like for you. That’s why we’re offering more programs and services for First Nations, Inuit and Métis people that are developed by Indigenous people and reflect the unique realities of Indigenous life.
Now, Indigenous people can connect with an Indigenous volunteer crisis responder, when available, by messaging FIRST NATIONS, INUIT or METIS to 686868 for young people and 741741 for adults or through Facebook Messenger.
Here, you can explore how we’re supporting young people like you.
